Every Saturday from April to September: “Boon Brewery Tour”

Discover the wonderful world of lambic brewing at the Boon Brewery in Lembeek and find out what makes old gueuze so special. Visit the brewery individually (or with a small group) led by a guide.

The tour includes a tasting of three beers (non-alcoholic drinks are also available).

Discover how Halle’s cityscape has changed over the years. During this guided walk, a local guide will take you through the city’s rich past. From vanished façades to familiar squares: you’ll literally walk along Memory Lane, where past and present meet. A unique opportunity to rediscover Halle, for both residents and visitors!

On Open Monument Day, an experienced guide will take you on an architectural walk through Halle. Discover the city through its façades, squares and markets, and learn more about the various architectural styles that have shaped its urban landscape. Renovations and repurposed buildings are also discussed, with a focus on how heritage is given a new life. A fascinating journey of discovery for both residents and visitors!

Saturday 3 October 2026: “Hoog Bezoek - Bekende gasten in Halle” (only available in Dutch)

During this special Halle Discovery, you’ll learn which notable figures have visited Halle over the centuries — from dukes, musicians and other remarkable personalities to King Philippe and Queen Mathilde. A guide will take you to places where history was made and stories come to life.

We end the walk with a drink (Prosecco, water or soft drink) at the beautiful Villa Servais, where the owner will share insights about world-renowned cellist François Servais and the many local and international artists he welcomed here.
